2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern distance sales on https://www.cocotoro.com by a company established in France to consumers in the EU (including Spain). They apply under the French Consumer Code and EU law. Placing an order and paying constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the shipping/returns information.

3. Products and availability

CocoToro sells t-shirts. Some units are in stock; others may be made/printed to order (indicative lead time up to 10 business days preparation).

4. Prices

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under French and EU tax rules. Shipping is shown separately and confirmed at checkout (around €4.99 depending on zone).

5. Order and payment

Secure payment is processed via Stripe Checkout. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and you receive order confirmation. CocoToro does not store full card details.

6. Delivery

Priority shipping to France and Spain, and across the EU subject to logistics. Indicative timing: about 3–7 business days if in stock; up to 10 business days preparation if made to order, plus carrier transit.

7. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason from receipt of the goods, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code. See the Returns page. Notify us at hola@cocotoro.com.

8. Legal guarantee

Goods benefit from the legal conformity guarantee under the French Consumer Code and EU law (generally 2 years from delivery under French law), without prejudice to more favourable mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. Contact: hola@cocotoro.com.

10. Governing law

French law and EU law apply. EU consumers (including in Spain) retain the mandatory protections of their habitual residence.
